Toulouse and Beyond!

Exactly one year to the day since our Thailand trip, we are about to embark on a Mediterranean vacation, courtesy of Uncle Boeing. Nathan has been in Toulouse for a week working with a supplier, and I am leaving to meet him tomorrow, to spend a week travelling through Provence, along the Mediterranean, to Barcelona. Our itinerary includes 2 days at a 12th centry monks' cloister in Arles visiting the markets, Roman aqueducts, and wineries of Provence, 2 days at a cliffside hotel on the Mediterranean at Collioure near the Spanish border, and 3 days in Barcelona eating tapas and drinking cava while visiting Gaudi's whimsical architectural attractions and the famous shopping avenue Las Ramblas.
